We found Lauren and reached out. From the initial interaction onward Lauren was great to deal with! Very professional, very organized and always made herself available. Almost 3 years later we decided to move closer to family and Lauren helped us sell our home and buy the next one, at the same time! It was a lot of work and we were greatly appreciative of Lauren for walking us through every step and seeing it through to the finish line.  My first house was in Rita Ranch where Lauren called me and said "I am standing in front of a house right now that has your name written all over it, come see it now!" so I went, and it was perfect...and below budget.  I loved it so much, that my husband took my word for it (because he couldn't be there) and agreed.  Second home was in Mesquite Ranch.  I really wanted a pool but by the time we closed on our Rita Ranch house, there were no houses with pools available, so we went with a house that had a community pool.  This was such an amazing house, a wonderful community and an even better school district.  Lauren knew we had a young child that I needed to have it a great school, so she looked closely to RVMS for us.  It was so close we could walk to school every day.  And we felt safe.  Lastly, we wanted to upgrade...get out of an HOA...and have our own private pool.  We looked at so many houses and even put offers on them, but they were not the "one."  Finally Lauren gave us the call we were waiting for.  Our dream house.  It was turn key and ready to go!  There was an issue with the Mortgage company we used not submitting paperwork on time so Lauren fought for us so that we would not have an additional financial obligation of having our items stored for a couple days.  She made sure that the mortgage company paid for our additional costs in order to get us into our perfect home. If you want a Realtor that will be 100% invested in you and your home, you want to select Lauren.  She gives her heart and soul to this.  It isn't just a job for her.  She really cares, and really wants you to be in the home you will love for a long time. We will use Lauren again when the time comes to sell.  I have no doubts.  She will always be our go to. Do yourself a favor....choose Lauren.  You won't be disappointed.

 Although the sellers were doing their best to be as difficult as possible, Lauren navigated the process flawlessly and never allowed it to ruin the experience.  Communication was above and beyond.  I couldn't have asked for anything more.  I 100% recommend Lauren Norris-Long Realty for your next purchase or home sale!!!!

In the past year, Lauren helped us do both. She is very responsive to questions (like when we called on a Sunday because we saw a home that we were really interested in, she arranged for us to see it the next day) and explains the process thoroughly. One of the other things we really appreciated was that she helped arrange for the various home inspections with the home we were buying. Being new to the Tucson area, we didn't know who to contact for HVAC, roof, electrical and home inspections. She even scheduled them for us! When it came time to sell our "snowbird" home, she helped us understand the market and price the home appropriately.
